Club Meetings
To improve the quality of your meetings and club you need to listen to your members, non-members and visitors, evaluate every aspect of your meeting, face the brutal facts and then do something about them.

- Mix it up - seating.
- The club president should know their strengths - use an MC if necessary.
- Start on time and finish on time.

- Guest speaker should be properly introduced and thanked.

Membership Woes
Many clubs are responding to membership challenges by developing new and innovative forms of membership.
New forms of membership:
- Family membership - where partners get a reduced rate on their dues and receive full benefit and privileges of membership.
- Corporate membership - businesses pay membership fees (usually considerably more than individuals) which allows their employees to fully participate in club activities.
- Friends of Kiwanis - for a reduced rate, interested individuals can participate fully in club activities however do not have the privileges of membership ie: voting, magazine etc. and must declare their intentions after a 1 year period.
